Pay:

Job Overview: This position will require the employee to have attention to detail. Wil be responsible for taking all the necessary action to assure completion of the issue at hand. Employee will need to use problem solving skills to determine how properly complete the issue at hand. Employee will need management skills.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist employees with questions or concerns regarding billing and collection issues.

  • Enforce office rules and regulations.

  • Provider disciplinary action when required.

  • Set new office guidelines.

  • Implement new office guidelines.

  • Approve time off requests for employees.

  • Approve tardiness for employees.

  • Assist employees with daily work duties.

  • Assess production of employees.

  • Analyze data reports to track collection production.

  • Oversee management of local and remote locations including over 250 employees.

  • Resolve any issue at hand by using resources available.

  • Perform payroll and Human Resources duties.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Medical Billing and Coding or Associates degree

  • Bachelors or Masters degree equivalent required

  • Five year management skills
